Jerusalem,
May 18 (PTI) Leading Indian business
process outsourcing firm Allsec
has placed a 'significant order'
with Israeli company NICE systems
to implement its industry leading
solution for contact centers.
The Chennai-based Allsec will apply
NICE's contact center interaction
solutions for improved analysis
of customer interactions, agent
quality monitoring and reporting,
the Israeli firm said in a statement
here today.
The project will be implemented
in collaboration with NICE's partner
Avaya GlobalConnect, India's leading
enterprise communication solutions
provider.
Allsec, which serves top US customers,
including Ford Motor and CompuCredit,
is also planning to list its shares
through an initial public offering
to fund its expansion programme
and proposed acquisitions, it said.
As part of the expansion programme
the Chennai based firm has chosen
NICE in its effort to achieve the
highest levels of customer service
and retention, it said.
The Nasdaq listed Israeli firm's
solution will focus on outbound
services enabling Allsec to have
focused, as opposed to random monitoring
of customer interaction. PTI
